Discuss benefit of the homezone API

Description

We need to discuss if we need the homezone API anymore. It's currently not implemented in fsogsmd but was in ogsmd. Is this still a feature a carrier supports?

AFAIK it is, as far as O2 is concerned: ​http://www.o2online.de/handys/homezone/. I'm not sure though how wide spread it actually is.
