International numbers on SIM are not handled correctly

Description

When I store contacts with an international phone number (+494636...) they appear wrong in zhone (494636...). I don't know how other phones detect this, but this should be handled in ogsmd.

International numbers show up fine for me. Please retest with a recent build and reopen the ticket if your problem persists.
