GSM power on: too many open files

Description

Today I turned on my phone and at fsogsmd start can't turn on GSM. On controller file write it says "too many files open". Log attached. I'm sorry I couldn't reproduce this. Maybe a temporary issue due to many files open. But how to avoid that?
