illume launcher should indicate that an application was launched

Description

There was some sort of "Application foo is being started" indication in the launcher. This is gone now which makes starting application a little difficult.

Agreed. We want that back. It's hidden somewhere in the .edj and/or .cfg. Best, ask raster. Reassigning to Stefan for ms3.

With rev 1e497e1b9f2e03cc2a02e782115756f67d6000f9 of the artwork repo this issue is fixed.

I synced theme and config with upstream illume to get the changes for busycover.
