mdbus2 crashes on signals with empty hash tables

Description

This signal (logged with python-mdbus): [SIGNAL] org.freesmartphone.GSM.PDP.ContextStatus? from :1.18 /org/freesmartphone/GSM/Device(1, 'outgoing', { })

Makes mdbus2 segfault.
