The GPS bar display doesn't work

Description

The display to show individual signal strength of the SVs only shows some static values.

Zhone now listens to the SatellitesChanged? signal and updates the signal strength as well as the position window. Unfortunately the windows are only updated on the first display, so signal strength wont change over time.

Reschedule to milestone3. We have tangogps in our build now and the display showing the position of the SVs works.
