Audio management plugin for fsodeviced

Description

For configuring the audio routing on the palm pre we needs an extra plugin for fsodeviced which does all the handling of the scenarios files. Each scenario file must load on boot into the kernel and can later executed by a sysfs entry. webos-internals wiki gives you some more details  http://www.webos-internals.org/wiki/Research_Pre_Audio
