+CUSD sometimes leaves frameworkd in an unsuables state

If I continue to "dial" *100#" in zhone sometimes the call just freezes. The dbus call will timeout (it seems like no command timeout is set?) and it won't be possible to send other commands to that channel as the current command still seems to block.

This is a problem not with CUSD but with frameworks handling of modem wakeuo when deep sleep is enabled.
