changes made against zhone as shipped with MS4.1

change to active call screen after initiating call from dialer
change to active call screen after initiating call from contacts list
change to main screen from active call on pressing hangup

Anton, I don't know what to do with these changes. On one hand they improve the experience of using Zhone day-to-day, on the other hand they defeat the purpose of Zhone being a testing tool in that we no longer would see whether ogsmd sends its signals correctly.

MS5.5 was the last milestone we offered images and UI. From now on we will rely on SHR for this. That brings zhone in the situation where it is only used as a diagnostic tool.

I'll close this bug. Anton, if you disagree and maybe even think about taking over zhone and improving it let us know.
