ogsmd doesn't pick up network registration changes during suspend

Description

If network registration fails and you suspend your Neo, then the TI Calypso registers and you resume again ogsmd will not report that it is registered until you change cells again.

We should add a GetNetworkStatus? call in the resume path.

This is fixed in [0d158bbad4105e4ee0ca86a8b191e2606fde7324]. We now get the network status in the resume path and send out the DBus signal.
