Description

We only detect headphone and USB insertion that happens after the framework has been started.

applies to idlenotifier, too. if i use my bt keyboard the screen is dimmed + blanked.

ugly workaround as statet in description: restart the framework after all input devices are attached (exist as /dev/input/eventX).

This will not be fixed in odeviced, but rather fsodeviced (which should be ready in time for milestone6). Changing component.
