freerunner does not stop vibrating after an incoming call

Description

symptom: i called my freerunner from another phone and hung up. dialer showed up and vibration didnt stopped though i killed the dialer via illumes X.

I attached frameworkd.log, look around 15:58...

tested with shr pre pre release 10.11.08

This always happens if you dial the number of your freerunner on another phone and hang up immediately, even before the freerunner starts ringing. Then the phone will start vibrating, ringing and dialer will continue to show the incoming call but ignore the answer and reject buttons.
