Headset deaktivated after call

Description
when doing au call, oeventd switches to gsmhandset.state, but if a headset is plugged in it will be ignored. When oeventd switches back to stereoout.state, the headset is still deaktivated. It's a problem in rules.yaml. we can't check if the headset is plugged in or not.

Thanks for the input. The whole audio scenario handling needs to be rethought anyways. I'm not sure whether changing alsa scenarios is the right way, instead we might want to use small incremental change scripts (think 'differential' scenarios).
