Description

It would be a nice feature if the framework could, after looking in the normal phone book, look up the number of an incoming call in an external service.

For example I work for a directory service in Norway and would be interested in writing a (hopefully small) plugin/dbus-listening something/whatever that would query a webservice and, for most Norwegian numbers, return a name (and possibly other interesting things like location).

Ainulindale suggested on IRC the place for this may be a "directory" in PIM.
