Description
If you ask opkg to install a non-existent package, it gives an unhelpful error message:
# opkg install gllin
An error ocurred, return value: 2.
And that error message is mispelled (ocurred -> occurred).

Thanks for taking the time to report this.
The right place to report bugs in opkg is the Openmoko trac. They are upstream for opkg, as we use it only, and have a own component for opkg in their trac already.
