Altitude too high

Description

After switching from ASU to FSO my homes altitude has changed from 52-58 m to 95-104 m. According to other GPSs the correct altitude is in the 50'ies.

Commit [19e4f65a7868b0d52a1e4eb647316df2a781f675] should fix this. We were reporting height above ellipsoid while NMEA is been reporting height above mean sea level. Please retry with recent framework and report if this fixes your problem.

It fixes the altitude, now I live at 55-57 m again :-)
