In SimRetrieveMessage key for SMS_PDU_STATUS_OUT should be an integer not string

Description

header.groupdict()status? returns a string. SMS_PDU_STATUS_OUT seems to want an integer.

Thanks for the patch! I added it in [3d55eed21bfa63e0ef527875737bd6d18cf78784] together with some other fixes that were needed for RetrieveMessage? and some generic cleanup in RetrieveMessage?{,book}.
