Zhone should handle USSD correctly

Description

Currently Zhone does not show the result of USSD Calls like *100#, which is somewhat essential phone functionality for me :)

No, this is about implementing the USSD feature in the GUI/Zhone. That does not require the high level calls as far as I know.
