pwr press counter counts wrong

Description

today it happend again to me: i press pwr for about 4sec to make the fr suspend -- nothing happens. waiting a minute -- pressing again 4 or 5 sec ... and the fr shuts down! seems, the counter that counts how long pwr is hold is not reset correctly.

Suspend handling has been revamped in ms4. Only a short press on power will trigger suspend. This should fix your issue and allow for attaching features to power-hold.
