zhone: Sending SMS to International phone number starting with + does not work

Description

When the recipient's phone number is stored in International form starting with + (e.g. +49175...) the zhone is trying to send the SMS to the number without the + (e.g. 49175...)

I know, the zhone is a demo but I like it much more than the current ASU, therefore I will appreciate if it will be pached.

Can you please test if this is still the case with MS3? I believe we fixed that some time ago.
